Students must meet the following requirements… –Must be a past, present or future student enrolled in a fashion course or active approved members of Fashion Club –Must have earned a C or above in any previous high school fashion course –No behavioral or discipline issues –Students who have never attended have first priority Eligibility

Rooming Information Deluxe Hotel Accommodations 4 Students per room Room Assignments TBD

Safety Every student will receive an emergency contact card with Chaperones contact information Use the buddy system Attendance checks (Daily, Nightly etc.) Medication must be approved, properly labeled and submitted to sponsors before departure.

Tour Price $1179 per person –Round-trip transportation –Private motor coach for all local touring –Deluxe hotel accommodations –Tour Escort with group 24 hours a day –3 Breakfasts –3 Dinners –All admission fees and taxes –Broadway Show Tickets –Night time security You will need to provide… –Transportation to and from the Airport –Money for lunches –Spending $

Fundraising Each student will receive a scratch off card to help earn money towards the trip. Ask family and friends to donate $.25-3.00 Each card earns $150 or more towards trip. Get your card after 1 st deposit and paperwork are submitted

Important Dates $1179 per person – quad occupancy (based on a group of 25+ paying participants) 1 ST DEPOSIT:$300 per person1 ST DEPOSIT DUE:10/1/2012 2 nd DEPOSIT:$300 per person2 nd DEPOSIT DUE:11/1/2012 3 RD DEPOSIT:$300 per person3 RD DEPOSIT DUE:12/3/2012 BALANCE:$279 - quad occupancyBALANCE DUE:2/4/2013 $354 - triple occupancy $399 - double occupancy $519 - single occupancy Checks should be made out to Lafayette High School with NYC Fashion Trip in the memo. Students will be given a receipt when each deposit is received.
