Back Roles & Responsibilities
Decision Making – We will test our philosophy at training by performing our skill sets under fatigue and pressure. We will focus on Set Early Look – Where, What, Learn Information – Identify (Defensive shape) Communication – Clear & Effective (Listen & Trust) Execute – Performance under pressure (Objectives) Clarity in our Roles - Simplicity 9 / 10’s will lead & direct for field position 12 / 13’s will identify & communicate opportunities based on defensive structure Back 3 to execute our attacking opportunities
