Prepare your folder with your images before you begin images
You are now ready to begin
In Photoshop CS6 click on File – Automate – Contact Sheet II

2. In the dialogue box Thumbnails: Columns: 4 Rows: 4
Source Images
Choose the folder where all your images are stored
Document
Ensure the settings are correct:
Units: cm
Width: 29.7 cm
Height: 21 cm
Resolution 150 Pixels/inch
Colour profile RGB
Flatten all layers is ticked
Thumbnails:
Columns: 4
Rows: 4
Ensure filenames are turned off

3. Once the contact sheet has been processed:
You may need to repeat these steps for each sheet of contact sheet separately! 1.
Flatten the image:
Layer – Flatten Image

4. Once the contact sheet has been processed:2.
Choose File – Save As and decide where and under what name you want to save your contact sheet
Make sure the file is a jpeg from the drop down menu

5. Once the contact sheet has been processed:3.
In the JPEG Options box ensure that the quality is saved at 12 or maximum.
When you insert contact sheets into your Website or Sketchbook ensure that they are the maximum size they will extend to but do not go over the edges of the slide
