Quarterly Earnings Call reviews are the ultimate follow up to Acumen Learning’s Building Business Acumen® and Business IQ® for Sales Professionals training courses.
Each quarter, your facilitator will break down your company’s most recent earnings announcement through a web conference. During the conference call, you’ll use the Quarterly Call Workbook to analyze your executives’ messages and metrics through the 5 Business Drivers® framework. You’ll also use the Navigating the Financials and Executive Alignment tools from class to review key numbers and look at your business like an investor.
After participating in quarterly earnings call reviews, you’ll walk away with an objective review of your company’s financial health, and most importantly, you’ll learn a process for getting the most out of future executive releases so that you can turn your knowledge into profit and become more personally engaged in the success of the business.
