6 (B) OCEAN-CONTINENT SUBDUCTION
Resulting Landforms: (1) trench (2) volcanic mountains

Andes Mountains, South America Pacific Northwest, USA

8 (2) Collision: continent- continent
No subduction, therefore no volcanoes Resulting Landforms (1) folded mountains & (2) high plateaus

9 Where in the World is this boundary?
Himalaya Mountains, India Appalachians, USA (long ago!)  Himalayan mountains (top of picture is West)
