84 yo woman with bowel obstrux/perforation from sigmoid colon CA 12/05 extensive resection (T4N0) — K-Ras status not obtained 2/06: Post op CEA 5.8 and scan = R hepatic lesion Biopsy confirmed met CA Refused resection, started on capecitabine Dose redux/treatment delays through 8/06 f/u PET/CT = NED and CEA <2 Patient given “treatment holiday”
