4. On-line applications
Notify the guidance office once you have sent in an application on-line. We can then forward your transcript to the specified school. You must submit your application before we can act on our part.
If asked to give your counselors , they will inform me of your application.

6. SENIOR TRANSCRIPTS
Transcripts will be sent by the Guidance Office TWICE A WEEK.
Students must submit a transcript request sheet
Schools will only accept an official transcript!!!!
Transcripts that are given to you must be officially sealed.
We do not rank UNTIL the last final in June

THERE IS A FEE for each transcript sent

10. TESTING SAT/ACT & NCAA PRICING
We recommend students take the SAT and ACT at least once.
REGISTER A MONTH BEFORE THE TEST
SAT COST $47.50 W/O ESSAY AND $64.50 W/ESSAY
ACT COST $50.50 W/O ESSAY AND $67.00 W/ESSAY
NCAA REGISTRATION IS $90

11. Fee Waivers
If you qualify for free or reduced lunch you are eligible to receive fee waivers for the SAT, ACT, NCAA and College Applications.
2 for the SAT then 4 college application waivers for each test
2 for the ACT then 4 college application waivers for each test
1 for NCAA Clearing house

12. MISSING PIECES
All parts of the application need to be assembled before we can mail completed applications (postage is covered).
Essays, recommendations, counselor form, transcripts, applications, check or fee waivers.

13. SCHOLARSHIP SCHOLARSHIPS ARE DUE IN THE GUIDANCE OFFICE AT 8:00 AM!
BEGIN CHECKING ON-LINE FOR SCHOLARSHIPS (WE UPDATE THE LIST ON THE WEB AND IN THE OFFICE)

15. College Visitations
Colleges/Universities visit the Senior High and students are permitted to sign up for 5 visits
Students are permitted to have three out of high school college visits.
Parents must call at least 24hrs before the visit
Student must receive notification from the college on letter head stating the date and student name
