In general the use of maps is judged as (very) important
Majority of NSIs have one or more map applications
Significant variety of map tools, functionality and content
SVG browser issue; GIS-IMS less user friendly
Medium term: variety remains; content increases
Modest average user intensity (<2000 per month) and the high Swiss rate (>500 per day)
Important to share experiences given the variety of tools and the user intensity
