Warm Up In your Journal: Tell me about what you want to be when you grow up. Why do you want to pursue that career? What made you interested in that field? How will you reach your goal of becoming that? Write at least one completed paragraph If you owe me work this is your time to get caught up. See me if you are unsure if you are missing anything

14 Book Club Books I have laid out the selection for this quarter’s book club Walk around SILENTLY and read the back of each book to see if you would be interested in reading it As you walk around write down your top FOUR choices

15 Vocabulary Write sentences for the 10 vocabulary words that we covered last class Make sure that you are using the word correctly and demonstrating that you understand the meaning of the word

16 Book Clubs After I have given you your Book Club Book you will meet with your group members (all the people with the same book as you) In your groups you will be creating a reading schedule for your group and filling in a calendar showing what pages/chapters are due each class Please remember that the book MUST be completed on 2/17 or 18
