3. Input description and click Search button to check if master code already exist or not. * If master code already exist, you can’t create new master code to avoid duplicate code. 5. Choose the Nation code and Customer account Group. ex) China -> CN / Malaysia -> MY * Customer account group of Customer code is SHPR & CNEE (PERSON or NON-PERSON) 4. Choose the Business usage, CNTR or BULK. 6. Create master code using below two options. A) Auto creation – Leave this column as “Blank” B) 4 letters of Master code can be manual by requester 7. 8. If the customer code is being used, user will see this pop-up. Please use another master code. Traffic & Document Coordination Team
