2. These slides will do the following:
Help you set up a Twitter account (Visit Twitter: twitter.com)
Log in (if you already have an account) or Sign up
Give you a Twitter low-down

3. Step 1: Visit Twitter: twitter.com

4. Log in: username is @ and your handle!
OR...

5. Sign up
You will need:
Full name
Password
Username

7. To Reply to a Tweet... To post a reply on Twitter:
Find the Tweet you want to reply to.
Click the reply icon located at the bottom of the Tweet.
A Tweet box will pop up with of the account you are replying to added at the beginning of the Tweet. Complete your reply and click Tweet to post it.
Twitter Tip:
If you are replying type a “.” in front of
Here’s why:
Without it, your Tweets beginning will NOT show up to ALL of your followers, UNLESS they happen to follow both you and the person you are replying to.

8. Twitter low-down
Favorite:Clicking the heart at the bottom of a tweet is often used as a bookmarking tool. Favorites keep Tweets that you find relevant, but have links to content that you’d rather read later.
Re-tweet: Retweet to spread the word. when you retweet, you are re-sending someone else’s tweet to all of your followers. They can then retweet it to their followers.
More: You can also share, copy, embed, pin, and delete a tweet!
