1. What I have learned in class this week.
This week I have been learning about;
How to write our names in Mandarin.
How to lay out and write a leaflet about Greyfriars Bobby.
The place value of numbers up to 1000, or
We learnt greetings in French and numbers up to 12 in German. We learnt how to assess our stories.
1 or 2 things that I did not know before are:
1. We learnt how to say our Birthdays in French.
2. Spell our names in Mandarin.
3. Say ‘kind’ in lots of languages.
Next week I am going to:
Round numbers.
Start learning about the Rainforest.
Use angles to direct partners.

3 things that I have got better at are:
1. Languages – German, Mandarin and French.
2. Place value of numbers and the properties of shapes.
3. Hockey – passing a ball and controlling the ball with a hockey stick.
3 things that I enjoyed in class this week are
1. Learning our names in Mandarin.
2. Doing our posters sharing facts about 3D shapes such as the number of vertices, faces, edges and if it was a prism or not and if it rolled.
3. We enjoyed starting our ‘gingerbread man’ with the jigsaw pieces inside.
