Fig. 1 ICA angiographic stenosis may be calculated using as reference vessel either measured diameter of distal cervical ICA: (% ICA )] × 100% or estimated diameter of bulb of atherosclerosis: (% ICA stenosis = [1-(c/b)] × 100%).
