4 How aGoodCause works The charity aGoodCause
The idea is simple: The consumer/user downloads our free and anonymous browser plugin to their PC. Afterwards, when they go shopping online, more than 5000 online stores pay us a sales commission (typically around 8% of the sales value) - just because the user has the software installed. Of this commission we donate 75% to charity and keep the 25% or split the 25% with our distribution partners. The charity Of these 100%, we donate 75% to the charity of the user’s choice. Apart from the 75% to charity, 12,5% goes to our distribution partner, and the remaining 12,5% is kept by AGC aGoodCause 100% of the sales commission goes to aGoodCause to begin with. User downloads software The shop confirms the order and sends the goods to the consumer. We register an order amount, order ID and the charity chosen by the consumer. We invoice the shop, when the purchase is confirmed. User chooses a charity and goes shopping online

5 Revenue share model an average income for you of 30 EURO per user/year
Our distribution partners are offered a very attractive revenue share model: How it works Once the user has installed our software, we earn money every time the user purchases a product online in stores worldwide. This basically means that no matter if the user purchases a book at Amazon or a plane ticket at KLM, we earn a commission on the sale - typically around 8% of the sale. Estimate on earnings We would like to offer you a 50% revenue share income on all these purchases, as long as the user downloaded the software through your marketing / link. We know from other partnerships like MySpace, Kaspersky and Bitdefender that this will generate: an average income for you of 30 EURO per user/year Let’s try an example… You have a user database of , and 10% of the users install the software ( ), after you’ve communicated our message to them. Your yearly revenue share on a partnership with aGoodCause will be (average): * 30 EURO = EURO / year!

6 Case stories - distribution partners
MySpace - world leading social network MySpace uses their social media platform in 8 countries to promote our charity software. They do this by using banners, newsletters, viral mail signatures etc. They benefit by getting a lot of positive media coverage as well as generating an attractive revenue share on the software downloads. MySpace Topbanners in our monthly newsletter to more than customers. 468x60 pixels ad DKK per month (bottom banners are also a possibility) Kaspersky - world leading antivirus company Kaspersky is known for making computers safer. Their partnership with us is both an approval of our software and how safe it is to use, but also an example of how a major software company has chosen to integrate us by telling about us through newsletters, renewal s and pop-ups etc. Not bundling. Pushing the message through our software. Unik customer approach. Your offer is exclusive sent out to more than e-shoppers. 540 x 230 pixels ad DKK Rosenmeier Hardware companies choose to preinstall our software to maximise the effect and get the most number of active users. Rosenmeier, Scandinavian leader, is one example of how a PC producer both got a lot of positive press (the world’s first charitable computer) and an attractive revenue share. Banners the classical way to increase brand knowledge. 468x60 pixels ad. CPM based (CPM 40) and possible to target particular interest groups on the website.
