ENSURE THAT ALL CLINICAL STAFF SEE THE COLLECTION AND USE OF DATA AS A TRUE REFLECTION OF PATIENT CARE SEE THE SSCA AS PART OF HOW WE CARE FOR PATIENTS AND ENCOURAGE CLINICAL STAFF TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROCESSES UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS CORE BUSINESS AND NOT SOMETHING DONE FOR THEM OR TOO THEM!

ADMISSION TO STROKE UNIT
Empowering staff to outreach to A&E/receiving unit to increase the profile of the stroke unit and the specialist staff SU staff to realise that all strokes are their business and not only those already in the SU. Improved discharge planning process to create capacity.
