an interim solution for making accessible attachments to notifications
Members will supply the relevant attachments with their notification submissions to the Secretariat via the CRN (Central Registry of Notifications)
using existing procedures, CRN staff will store the attachments on a server using a simple nomenclature
the WTO official notification documents issued by the Secretariat will include a hyperlink to the corresponding attachments on the server
users will be able to to read and download attachments at the same time as they retrieve the notifications from Documents online

3. Implications a simple and practical solution
uses existing applications and structures
no major investment in human or financial terms

4. Storage of attachments on a WTO server using a simple file nomenclature based on the ISO standard country code
