2 Presenters Rafael Haciski, Esquire Erin O’Leary Producer
Risk Management Consultant Rafael Haciski joined The Graham Company in December 2012 and is a Producer in the Health and Human Services Division. Prior to this role, he was a litigation associate for prominent Philadelphia-area law firms, including Duane Morris, LLP, and Wolf Block, LLP. During that time, Haciski concentrated his practice in the areas of mass tort, products liability and toxic tort litigation, defending the interests of Fortune 500 companies. Haciski received his Bachelors of Arts in History from Oberlin College of Arts and Sciences in Oberlin, Ohio. In 2005, he received his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, NJ. While in law school, he was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in Trial Advocacy. Haciski is currently admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court of New Jersey and the United States Supreme Court. Haciski is a resident of Haddonfield, NJ, a father to three beautiful girls and an accomplished musician. He volunteers as a member of the Borough Planning Board and the Haddonfield Budget Review Committee. He also serves as a member of the Parish Council of Christ the King Church in Haddonfield and lends his time to the Philadelphia Landlord Tenant Appellate Mediation Program as a settlement master. Erin McDevitt O’Leary joined The Graham Company in 2017 as a Risk Management Consultant and Producer. As a Producer, O’Leary’s focus is on business development within the firm’s Health and Human Service Division. O’Leary works to create risk management solutions for large, high risk organizations with complex insurance needs. O’Leary brings six years of business development and client service experience to the Producer role, from various industries, which allows her to provide strategic direction and support to the agency’s business development team. Prior to joining the Graham Company, O’Leary served as the Territory Manager for Timberlands Healthcare across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. O’Leary earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts Degree from American University in Washington, D.C., where she was the captain of her Lacrosse team and was named an Academic All American.
