Instead of a progression of events that develop of plot toward a climax, We’re watching a character move through a series of events, and observing how he changes. Things to pay attention to: What he tells us vs. what he doesn’t tell us. Perception vs. reality Interactions with others Behaviors that manifest emotions But rather than enter with an assumption, we need to enter with an open mind, looking for clues.
