We are pleased to offer this award-winning lodge set in 50 hectares which is well established and has a well-deserved reputation as a destination of choice for the discerning Africa traveller. Eningu offers the patronage of an international clientele, with European guests making up the bulk of the clientele; namely 75% German, then Swiss, Austrian, Italian, Dutch, French and occasionally from the USA. The room occupancy is very stable indeed and the Booking Office is located in Windhoek. It therefore offers an excellent investment opportunity as a running concern. Eningu is located 108 Kilometers from Windhoek and 66km from Hosea Kutako International Airport.

4. A well trained staff of nine runs the lodge in a friendly, efficient and service-orientated manner. Staff members handle the lodge on a Front-of-house and Back-of-house management style with a senior worker in charge of each section.

At Eningu Clayhouse Lodge you will discover a tranquil place of solitude and reflection. The dead silence of the desert, the stars at night and the emptiness that stretches to the horizon…the kind of place that touches the soul. The guest accommodation is comprised of 9 chalets sleeping 26 people. 1 twin room, 1 double bedroom, 6 double bed with single bedrooms, and 1 Honeymoon Suite with double bed and two single beds.

14. Staff accommodation
Staff are accommodated in 1 chalet for Senior Worker or Tour Guides. 1 two-bedroom Managers Residence with 2 bathrooms, kitchen & lounge and 3 Workers houses 2 cold rooms and 2 dry stores. The property has Nampower electricity. Two Boreholes supply water to the Lodge. The 1,000-year-old-fossilised water is also bottled at the Lodge and served to guests.
