The goal is to develop a relevant and meaningful feedback tool to help the owner team constantly improve the processes and services required for a successful public works program.
Develop a strong and consistent relationship between DES/E&AS and its client agencies as a foundation for constant improvements to our project delivery process.
Provide for an intuitive survey platform to ensure ease of survey input.
