It provides participants with skills and competencies that build confidence in having conversations about mental health and wellbeing in their routine practice and their lives. It uniquely optimises opportunities for building a culture of self-management, prevention and improved access to psychological approaches for mental health and wellbeing.” Gregor Henderson, National Lead for Wellbeing and Mental Health, Public Health England(Paraphrased)

6 How is it delivered? By a team of skilled Colleagues and Associates drawn from various organisations working in collaboration to deliver 1 x ½ day – Introduction 2 x 1 day – Interactive, practical learning days designed to enable participants to learn the use of a range of tools including; exploring intensity questions, scaling, problem solving and thinking styles. These can be delivered as 3 stand alone sessions but feedback does suggest that the most benefit is gained by attending all 3 sessions.
