We ask you to: Register your mobile phone which allows you to securely reset your password without having to contact or visit the ISD Service Desk.

When you need to change your password it will make life easier for you.

There are many software applications available to students on campus via the service.
How do I get software for my own computer?
You can download any software from the software database licensed for home use.
Many of these applications are available from your own device via the Anywhere service.

The N: drive is your personal storage space on the service.
We recommend that you save your files on the N: drive.
Backed up every night.
All students and staff receive 100GB of storage space.
You have direct access to the N: drive from a PC, Anywhere and the Remote Access Service.

Your One Drive is your personal storage space accessed through Microsoft Office365
All students receive 1TB of storage space.
Ideal for file sharing.
You have direct access to your One Drive from PC, Anywhere and the Remote Access Service.
Onedrive Part of Office 365 suite. – similar to google G Drive
One place for everything.
OneDrive lets you easily back up, store and share photos, videos, documents and more – anywhere,
on any device.
your Office365 UCL account comes with a huge amount of free online storage. 1 tetra byte – similar to Googles G drive
Good for collaborations for sharing files etc. with other ucl users

The Laptop Loans for Students service provides a short term loan of a laptop to UCL students

The user is responsible for saving and backing up all work to their N: Drive or other external storage.
