Class 18 – “Staying The Course”
A time to reflect on and celebrate all I’ve learned, accomplished, and changed over this full year of Lifestyle 180. Identifying ways to stay the course as I move forward. Resilience is about going with the flow of life, the ups and downs. The only true constant is change. Therefore, we have to stay focused on what it is we are wanting for our life and how to make that happen. (Life Goal) It is important to continue making healthy choices and keeping self-care a priority, given the ups and downs of life.

Celebrating Progress & Achievements
1. Based on your biometrics results and your lifestyle behaviors, what progress have you made in this last year? How do you feel about that? 2. Where have you continued to take responsibility for your health in nutrition, activity/exercise, behavior change, and stress management? 3. What have you learned about yourself from challenging times this past year? 4. What is the “next step” for your wellness? 5. Who has continued to give you support and encouragement on this journey? What adjustments might you need to make in this area?

Resilience: 10 Tips for Success
1. Imagine achieving your goal. 2. Create strategies every 3 weeks – achievable, realistic and measurable. 3. Ask yourself, “Will this choice bring me closer to my goal or not?” 4. Record your results. 5. Tap into your support system. 6. Manage your stress effectively. 7. Progress, not perfection! 8. Ask for help when you need it. 9. Come back for additional classes. 10. PLAN SELF-CARE!
