Arm should possibly be mounted in rear. With standard 30” door widths not much room for arm hanging on side.
With the different chairs arm might require two different mounting devices.
One meter might be to long especially if this is geared toward ground objects
A three finger claw might prove more use full then the two finger design
I might be able to get a loner chair if interested
