Go to http://acflora.managebac.com/login
Enter your address (the one you gave Ms. Tate) Enter your password * Note, the first time you login should be from the link sent to you by Managebac. You will set your password at that time. Try to set something that you can remember because Ms. Tate CANNOT see this password to tell you what you set.

The first time you go into Managebac, select Profile in order to edit your basic information. You will only have to do this once. This is critical, however, because this information will be sent to IB.

Click the pen icon to edit the personal information
Click the pen icon to edit the personal information. Check to make sure that everything is correct.

Next, go to the IB Manager button and select CAS.
Select “Add CAS Activity,” located in the right gray bar on the page.

Name the activity – Be specific in the name
Name the activity – Be specific in the name. For example, don’t use “guitar practice,” instead use “guitar practice for Spring Concert.” Select the type (Creativity, Action, or Service) Select the date to begin and complete the activity. The begin date should be AFTER the date that you are adding the activity. Enter all Supervisor information. Write the description and goals. The goals must address learning outcomes. The goals must be SPECIFIC. Select targeted learning outcome(s) Add CAS Activity (button) **Do not select the CAS Project Check box unless this is an approved CAS group project .

What’s Next? Congratulations! You have entered your first activity.
After you enter the activity, it will be submitted to your CAS Coordinator for approval. The supervisor will either approve the activity or leave you a note about changes. Be sure to check back! Once your activity has been approved, complete the activity. When you have completed the activity, log back into the activity, select the reflections tab, and write your CAS reflection. Submitting your reflection will send the activity to your CAS Supervisor for verification. At that point, you will receive credit for the hours. Question? See Ms. Tate.
