2 HOW THIS BENEFITS YOU? The Transitional Assistance Management Program (TAMP) offers Healthcare coverage to service members and their eligible family members for up to 180 days.

3 Who qualifies for this program?
Involuntarily separated from active duty with an SPD code that designates transitional benefits Separated from active duty agreeing to join Selected Reserve, the Ready reserve or a Reserve Component coming off 30 days or more of active duty

4 How this works If enrolled in TRICARE PRIME you will have to re enroll in order to keep Prime Benefits If your enrolled in TRICARE Prime Remote you will be dropped and now fall under Tricare Standard or Extra

5 CONTINUED HEALTH CARE BENEFIT PROGRAM
This is extended to everyone who is leaving TRICARE. TSM and their dependants Unmarried former spouses Children that may be moving out or lose age eligibility for TRICARE You must purchase the CHCBP within 60 days of loss to TRICARE The CHCBP is designed to be a transitional medical care program, not a permanent solution
