2. Important Consideration
This instruction book only applies for the equipment in the Hongcao Road Office. 1

The instruction book is designed for people at different computer knowledge level. For those who are professional in IT, please skip following content. 3

3. Visitor Management Regulation
Employee should take care of his/her visitor and authorize the internet connection only when he/she feels safe to do so
All visitors are not allowed to link to the wired or wireless network other than “CB-guest” WiFi network
It is forbidden to let any visitors to use employee’s PC for internet connection in the company

4. Step 1: Log in the Wi-Fi network
1. Switch on your visitor’s “Wi-Fi”
2. Select “CB-guest” for Wi-Fi connection
3. After connection, your visitor will receive QR codes like following:
Note： Your visitor may try link to any website to get the QR codes if nothing come out automatically.

5. Step 2：Authorize Your Visitor
1. Use your cell phone to scan the QR codes from your visitor’s cell phone/PC terminal( i.e. by Wechat…)
2. You will get the interface after the scanning
3. Select appropriate connection hours for your visitor
4. Press “确定” to complete your configuration

6. Step 3: WiFi connected
1. You will get success message after configuration
2. Your visitor will also get success message
Note： You can only allowed to authorize your visitor internet link from 5 minutes to 8 hours.
