1. Mrs. Walton’s Class This week in: We are learning: Important Reminders
Reading: This week, we will begin our Scott Foresman reading curriculum. We will read together, respond to the text, focus on letters and their sounds, and discuss. We will engage in daily literacy centers.
Writing: We will begin Writer’s Workshop this week. The children will have their own journals to respond to daily prompts.
Math: This week, we will focus on reading and writing numerals and will work on counting objects We will work on math stations every afternoon.
*Please respond to my from last week- I need to collect addresses for all the students.
*Please send a coloring book (with your child’s name on it) and Clorox Wipes.
~There will be NO SCHOOL on Monday, September 4 in observance of Labor Day.
