Person 2 listens to presentation (without comments/questions)  Notes questions and places clarification is needed Feedback: Start with a positive, specific feedback statement Provide specific feedback around the questions you had or areas which needed clarification. Deliberate Practice using feedback: Person 1 uses the feedback to practice that section of their presentation again. Change roles and repeat process.
