These lines should be continuously moving. If you need to get out of your car, please park in a parking spot.

There may also be unfinished classwork so PLEASE DO NOT TAKE PAPERS OUT OF ANY SECTION EXCEPT FOR NOTES HOME. Please check your child’s folder each night. Organization is a key part of being a fifth grader.

This is a great place to look at any upcoming homework, tests, quizzes and then any other important information. The first newsletter will come home week 3. Please check websites for more information. Please fill out the student information sheet that was sent home and return it as soon as possible.

10 Parties Parties – Our class parties this year will be Christmas and End of the Year. We will need volunteers to help with each of these parties. Please keep in mind these are the only official party days. Any other celebrations must follow all policies and food guidelines set aside by the state. Please do not send dessert items to celebrate or to share at other times during the year. (EX: Halloween, Thanksgiving, Easter, Mini Mall, etc.)

11 Water Bottles Water bottles – It is important for all students to have a water bottle at school. We allow students to have water at their desk at all times. Please do not send any other beverage for classroom consumption.

12 Mini Mall Each quarter we will have mini mall in our classrooms. We will set aside time for students to set up their shop. They can sell things they make or items from home they no longer want. Students earn money for showing responsibility, effort in their learning and through positive behavior. *Please do not send food, candy, or drinks for Mini Mall. This is against state guidelines, and your child will not be allowed to sell it to the class.
