Optimal dissemination/use/exploitation of the project results should be ensured A coherent communication strategy should be set-up (possibly as a deliverable) Clearly described objectives, target groups and means Detailed List of Planned Dissemination Activities An interim version of the dissemination and use plan (e.g. at mid-term) should be foreseen. 17 FACT SHEETS Required for all projects and updated regularly. Clear, understandable, up-to date information on Project and results targeted to a wide audience and giving clear indications on policy/societal relevance.

20 Here we are: 22/05/2013 24/05/2013: Deadline for all participants to register through the Unique Registration Facility and, when required, submit supporting documents for their validation and the verification of their financial viability; 29/05/2013: Deadline for the first version of the Description of Work (Annex I to the Grant Agreement) and the GPFs; 25/07/2013: End of negotiations (final agreement on the Description of Work, GPFs and any specific clauses to be included in the grant agreement). Next: Finalise grant agreement approved and send to the coordinators. (End of August).
