7 Analyzing Self The part of an individuals’ conscious self – attitudes, behavior, motivation, values, way of life - of which they are aware and which is also known to others is called public self. Something about which do not know, but that others can see more clearly is the blind self. Self Management 12/31/2018

8 There are some hidden area of self be known to others unless it is disclosed
People more rich and complex than that which we and others know, but from time to time something happens - is felt, read, heard, dreamed - something from the unconscious is revealed. That is known as undisclosed self. Self Management 12/31/2018

9 Significance of Self Awareness
It helps to get better, because one should know how well he/she currently are doing. It helps to make the right decisions, because you know the blind spots. It helps to do great work, because you remember past mistakes and address them. Self Management 12/31/2018

Create a management log – record your plans and actions. State the goal and objectives – the path you want to follow and the skills you will need to proceed. Find out the strengths and weaknesses and decide what should done to manage yourself. Focus on the future – where you want to be in the longer term and how you are going to get there.
