Total cost is $1,039 per person (based on 99 paying participants, price will change depending
final on number of travelers)
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Students room in quad occupancy; Chaperones room in double occupancy
Our goal is 99 student travelers for lowest rate
If numbers surpass 99 students, we will start a waitlist

November 15: $250
January 15: $250
February 28: Remaining balance (to be determined by final numbers)

9. Optional Trip Insurance
Trip Insurance can be purchased when you register for the trip on IPS
Cancel For Any Reason Insurance must be purchased within 14 days of initial deposit
