2 What was changing? There were new styles of clothing
They even did dance marathons New dance fads New hairstyles The Charleston:

3 There were new privileges
People had the freedom to smoke & drink in public. Women had the right to vote.

4 Who was affected? Teenagers were affected the most with these changes. Many girls cut their hair and changed their whole wardrobe. Many guys also changed their whole wardrobe and started slicking their hair down with neat parts.

5 How did people react? Most young people were willing to experiment with the new changes whereas older people were shocked by the new behaviors and styles.

6 Radio People could now hear live news.
People could now listen to comedy shows. Music was easier accessible.

8 Movies The first movie to hit the big screen was The Great Train Robbery. When movies began getting more popular with teenagers and younger people, the rich diversity from the Old Country was lost. Movie industry began to grow Colored films came to be First colored film
