1. Colleague Induction workbook : Every colleague receives a workbook that they follow as you take them through their induction
It’s made of 2 parts: the first half they can keep for their reference, the second half contains all the forms and quizzes that they fill in and give back to you for their records
5. The Counter Service Guide You can issue this at the end of the Induction to Specialist Counter colleagues and discuss at their Probationary Reviews. (N.B. Trading and Café versions are still in development).

2. The Trainer’s Notes:
You can follow these when you talk through the Induction. It contains all the information you need to say and lists the resources you’ll need to deliver it
3. The Power-point Presentation
You can choose whether or not you use the presentation. If you have IT issues, you can work from the Trainer Notes and a copy of the Colleague Workbook for reference
4. The Health & safety Site tour
You can choose to deliver this either during the colleagues Induction. Or you can break for the day and deliver the bulk of the H&S training BEFORE the start of the colleagues first shift to ensure they are safe to work.
