2. Background
Code Contingency Guidelines Document contains procedures with clear responsibilities on Shippers, National Grid and Xoserve in the event of a failure of the Gemini System.
Guidelines state procedures to be tested at least every 2 years.
Xoserve is co-ordinating the Test Programme for the first planned test exercise to take place in September 2010.
Notice of this test has been given via UK Link Committee
100% Participation of all shippers is expected.
