Offer sacrifices of righteousness (Psa 4:5)
Cultivate faithfulness (Psa 37:3)
Commit your way to the Lord (Psa 37:5)
Rest in the Lord (Psa 37:7)
Wait patiently for Him (Psa 37:7)

Do not fret (Psa 37:7)
Cease from anger (Psa 37:8)
Do not lean on your own understanding (Prov 3:5)
In all your ways acknowledge Him (Prov 3:6)
Trust in the Lord, and He will make your paths straight (Prov 3:5-6)

Colossians 1:3-5
3 We give thanks to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you, 4 since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and the love which you have for all the saints; 5 because of the hope laid up for you in heaven, of which you previously heard in the word of truth, the gospel.

39 And all these, having gained approval through their faith, did not receive what was promised, 40 because God had provided something better for us, so that apart from us they would not be made perfect.
