Color each square the same color as the word on each.
Cut out the template. Fold the sides inward to make shutter fold.
Glue the back of the shutter fold into the notebook so that the two sides still swing open.
Snip the horizontal lines between the color tabs.
Lift each tab and write the common meanings behind each color.

Glue the table down so that the flap that you made still swings freely.
