2. Figure 1 Theoretical Interaction between PES and HSP70
The HSP70 C-terminal domain model (gray) was built by homology to the Escherichia coli DnaK template. PES (green) was then exhaustively docked to potential binding sites, and solutions were ranked based on predicted interaction energies and visual inspection. Interacting amino acids (from left to right, I427, T429, and A404) are depicted in pink. Scale bar, 10 Å.
