WHAT DOES REPORT MEAN AND IMPLY?
Report is an account or statement describing in detail an event, situation, or the like, usually as the result of observation, inquiry, etc. A report on the peace conference; A medical report on the patient.

REPORT….. A document containing information organized in a narrative, graphic, or tabular form, prepared on ad hoc, periodic, recurring, regular, or as required basis Reports may refer to specific periods, events, occurrences, or subjects, May be communicated or presented in oral or written form.

REPORT PROPER…. The Ending of the Report (with summary/conclusion/recommendation or combination of three) Summary of major findings in informational report Ending and executive summary differ Conclusion if Report seeks an answer Recommendations if wanted so
