What the Students You Teach Need and Deserve:
Be Fair Treat all students the same

Be Responsible This is your job and students grades (future) depend, at least in part, by what you do and don’t do.

Be Knowledgeable You don’t have to know everything – but you should know the material you’re teaching, know it cold.

Be Honest It’s ok if you don’t know the answer, but not ok to make the answer up.

Be Patient

What the Professor you’ll teach for Needs and Deserves:
Be Helpful Have an idea on how things can run more smoothly? Offer it. Love to photocopy and organize – do it! Want to organize a grading party – make it happen!
