4. HEC Cloud Based Management and Auditing Software
HEC is confident that you will embrace our auditing software and therefore we have no long term contract commitments
You will be issued an initial 3 month contract, billed quarterly in advance of your first month of service, and if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can cancel at any time before your next quarterly billing cycle

HEC will supply you with pre programmed GPS enabled code data tags
When your service provider performs their first preventative maintenance or repair protocol your account will be automatically activated and you will begin receiving REAL TIME alert notifications for all preventative maintenance, emergency repair, and testing visits
HEC will provide you with 24/7 access to your Cloud based back office to monitor in real time your vertical transportation records

6. HEC Cloud Based Management and Auditing Software
With the HEC auditing software you will receive a preformatted PDF and Excel files for your code required records of all preventative maintenance and testing visits that have been completed
HEC will issue real time alerts for all category 1/5 or QEI testing performances and subsequent filing deadlines
HEC will issue real time alerts for all violation issue dates and subsequent filing deadline dates
