Introduce instructors and purpose Start professional: Set the behavioral and expectations standard high Clearly define graduation requirements Goodbye Congratulate them on a job well done Be specific in praise Encourage future activities-even for those who didn’t graduate Feedback Like/didn’t like Improvements

Class Discipline Keep them involved Respect both ways
Refer back to your “Grad Reqs” Keep emotions under control Don’t be afraid of hard questions Don’t give attention to bad behavior You’re in charge: act like it!
