WHO: Being a volunteer coach for Sole Camp means that you will be coaching girls between 4th and 8th grade through a “couch to 5k” program.  You will also be trained to do "mini lessons" with topics on self-esteem, cyber safety, and other related topics for young girls.  No Experience Necessary. 18 years or older.
WHAT: Meet 2 times a week with your Sole Camp team to guide fun, educational activities and weekly running activities. Coach Training Included. No Cost. Think “Vacation Bible School” volunteer leader.
WHEN: Starting the week of [INSERT DATE HERE], a 6-week Couch to 5K Camp and leads up to the SOLE CHALLENGE 5k at Arrowhead Lake in Johnston City. Exact dates and times are “coaches’ choice.”
