2. Situation Current release dates of EG 201 058 from 2003
Annex A of EG provides a template on how to create PICS tables
Since then an “evolved” way of providing PICS tables has emerged
Condition statements and prerequisites are no part of the support table, whereas before they were prepended or appended
Description of status codes M,N/A etc slightly changed
Annex A could be enhanced
With better and more examples on conditional statements
editHelp currently corrects STF output according to 2003 guidelines

3. Conclusion
The difference of the multiple instances of Annex A are only of editorial nature
This is not of high criticality, but a cleanup of Annex A “Template of an ICS proforma specification”
Would help editHelp to reduce its correction effort
Would allow to streamline the existing different version
The sections 1 – 16 of EG have not been checked to see if an update is needed there as well
