The conflicts caused by the breakup are very hard to solve

Late 1300s A special group of Ottoman soldiers were formed called Janissaries. They came from slaves and became a powerful force. 1924 The country of Turkey replaced what was left of the Ottoman Empire. The Ottoman Empire Suleiman I ruled the Ottoman Empire. Christians called him “The Magnificent” while Muslims called him “the Lawgiver.” 732Muslim Armies invading Europe were stopped at Tours in France. 1299Beginning of Ottoman Empire 1917 Ottomans lose in World War I 632Muhammad dies. His successors or caliphs build large empires with vast trading systems. By 1400Muslims had conquered parts of Europe. 1826 A group of Janissaries attacked the Sultan, but were stopped. After this the Janissaries were disbanded. 1100s and 1200s –Important books and papers were translated from Arabic into Hebrew and Latin.
