Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure Thank you for the Invitation. When asked to give an status report on my office in SA on word best describes the 4 years I have had in the role. Disruptive- It has been a period of significant change. That is probably in part because I came in just after the GFC, but it make me think about that sort of change over my career, and I would like to share that with you as a lead into the major challenges of change we now face.

The environment we are in is Disruptive.
Disruptive technology or disruptive innovation ? But is definitely disruptive.
