9 Best practices Lasting & Impactful Connections to Recruit, Retain & Support Agents Regarding the Healing book you provided us, I actually gave my copy out to a client and her family this afternoon. When you gave it to us I immediately thought about this family I had no idea on the impact it would make when I gave it to them. The book actually made my client cry for the memory of her husband and her daughter and granddaughter were also present at the appointment and very excited to fill in the book. I wanted to know if I could have few more copies to keep on hand for future use.
