2 Capability of this lab …
We experimentally study the optical properties of the semiconductor lasers and light-emitting diodes with the techniques of photoluminescence and electroluminescence. The equipments in this lab can also be utilized to measure the transmission, absorption, reflection, and Raman spectra. In addition to the optoelectronic experiments, we also theoretically investigate the optical and material characteristics of the optical semiconductor devices with LASTIP, PICS3D, CASTEP, and MATLAB simulation programs. 2003/11/11 Welcome!
