The Spring Café
OUR PURPOSE is to provide Radical Hospitality to all members, guests, etc. The Church of the Resurrection believes all people are important to God and to our church. When providing Radical Hospitality, the Spring Café goes beyond friendly and strives to consistently exceed our guests’ expectations of welcome and inclusion. We strive to refresh the soul spiritually through fellowship and physically with food and beverages.
There are 3 principles of Radical Hospitality
NOTICE: Offer a warm greeting with a smile for each guest. Make them feel welcome.
PERSONAL ATTENTION: Ask the guest what they would like and anticipate and fulfill each guest’s needs. Prepare all made to order foods and drinks with high quality and accuracy.
EXCELLENT FOLLOW-THROUGH: If there is a problem, acknowledge, own it, and offer a solution. Give a warm and sincere goodbye.
